PRICES & LOCAL TAX

Our prices are per night for 2 guests. An additional local tax of €2.50 per person per night applies (for guests aged 14 and older).

 

Surcharge for additional guests:

• Children aged 0–3: free of charge

• Children aged 3–14: €15 per night

• Guests aged 15 and older: €30 per night

 

MINIMUM STAY

The minimum stay at Graffer is 3 nights. However, we are happy to accommodate shorter stays as well – our farm is perfectly suited for a quick sightseeing trip to Bolzano. Feel free to contact us for more details.

 

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT & TRANSFER SERVICE

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and apartments should be vacated by 10:00 AM on departure day. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please let us know.

 

Our farm is just 10 minutes from the airport and the FlixBus station. If you'd like to leave your car at home, we’re happy to arrange a pick-up service upon request.

 

PAYMENT, DEPOSIT & BOOKINGS
Your booking is confirmed after a written reservation and a deposit of 40% of the total price. Payments can be made via EC card, Visa, or Mastercard. Alternatively, you can transfer the amount in advance or pay in cash upon arrival (cash payments accepted only up to €1,999.99).

Our farm is open year-round, but Bolzano is especially enchanting in spring and autumn.

BOLZANO CARD INCLUDED

The complimentary Bolzano Card is valid throughout your stay and offers free use of:

• Regional trains (Brennero/Brenner-Trento/Trient, Malles/Mals-San Candido/Innichen)

• Local buses and city shuttles

• Cable cars (e.g., Postal/Burgstall-Verano/Vöran, Vilpiano/Vilpian-Meltina/Mölten, Bolzano/Bozen-Renon/Ritten, Bolzano/Bozen-Colle/Kohlern, Rio Molino/Mühlbach-Maranza/Meransen)

• The Renon/Ritten railway and Mendola funicular

• Swiss PostBus Mals-Müstair

The card also includes discounts and special offers at attractions such as Salewa Cube, Raffeiner Orchid World, Thuniversum, and local Bolzano wineries.

 

LAUNDRY, WASHING MACHINE & FINAL CLEANING

Final cleaning is included. A washing machine is available for €8 per load. We provide bed linen, towels, bath towels, and dish towels free of charge.

 

CANCELLATIONS

While we hope you won’t have to cancel, we recommend taking out travel insurance. If you need to cancel or shorten your stay, our cancellation policy applies:

• More than 3 months before arrival: no fees

• 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking amount

• 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking amount

• For early departure: 100% of the booking amount is due.

 

DOGS
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We charge €20 per dog per day (excluding food). Please bring your own dog bed and water bowls.

 

Wi-Fi

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. Access details will be provided on-site.

 

BREAKFAST, BREAD DELIVERY & PRE-STOCKED FRIDGE

Enjoy a delicious homemade breakfast delivered to your apartment door each morning. Choose between a small (€30) or large (€50) breakfast option, both featuring sweet and savory specialties. Simply select your preferred items from the checklist in your apartment and submit it by 11:00 AM the day before.

A bread delivery service is also available for an additional charge.

 

Would you like to start enjoying your holiday at Graffer from the very first moment? Pre-order a fully stocked fridge! Choose your preferred items from our product list, and we’ll have your fridge ready for your arrival. This service is also available during your stay, with pricing based on the selected items.

 

FOR CHILDREN

Children will love the open spaces for running and playing, as well as the small animal area with chickens and rabbits. A playground is also available.

 

FARM SHOP & PRODUCTS
Your stay at Grafferhof includes the opportunity to enjoy our homemade farm products: fruit preserves, dried fruits, syrups, and eggs. We’re happy to provide fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruit from our garden and orchard upon request.

Relax at our cozy farm café, where you can enjoy freshly brewed coffee or sample wines from a neighboring vineyard.
